Online shopping is a new trend nowadays. Clothes, purses, even some rare video games that we can buy it online. It seems that you can get everything you need on the internet. But, does it really satisfy what customers’ needs?
There are three female interviewees, Ting-Ni Chen, Lulu Lin who are NCU’s students and Shih-Ting Chang, NTNU’s student that they have experienced buying online. The main items what they buy online mostly are clothes, bags and shoes.
“I shop online nearly once in a month” says Ms. Lin, a NCU’s student, “Because online shopping is convenient and NCU is so remote that I don’t have motorcycle that can stroll around the streets and shopping.”

Convenience is one of advantages for buying on the internet. And another is that online markets offer extraordinary products.
“I have bought shoe-pads on the internet” says Ms. Chang, who is NTNU’s student, “Shoe-pads are not easy to buy in common shopping mall.”
The other two male interviewees, Mr. Chen and Mr. Lyu, both of whom are NCU’s students, say that they have bought dumbbell, facial mask, ice packing and underpants on the internet but seldom buy them in physical shops.
“Because it’s too shy for me to buy underpants in common stores,” says Mr. Lyu, “And also shopping online will be cheaper than buying in the physical stores.”
Online market is not only creating the new direction but also contenting personal interests of shopping.
